The Role

Costaras Law is a boutique Ohio firm focused on estate planning, business formation, contracts, real estate, and M&A. The Executive Admin manages phones, client intake, calendars, workflows, and day-to-day coordination so the legal team can focus on results.

What You Will Do

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls with a professional, client-first approach
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and scheduling across the team
  • Manage client intake and initial communications
  • Maintain organized records, files, and workflows
  • Support the founding attorney daily

Who You Are

  • 7 to 10 years of executive-level admin experience
  • Military and/or corporate operations background preferred
  • Strong phone presence and client-facing skills
  • Organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented
  • Values loyalty, discretion, and long-term growth

Writing Sample

2 to 3 paragraphs per question

Answer both questions directly in the application form below. Write 2 to 3 clear, specific paragraphs for each. This is how the team evaluates how you think, take responsibility, and move work forward.

Question 1

Describe a time when you made a mistake, received difficult feedback, or fell short of an expectation. What happened? How did you respond? What did you learn? What did you change afterward?

Question 2

Describe a time when you noticed a problem or opportunity that was not clearly assigned to you. What did you do? How did you move the matter forward? How did you keep the appropriate people informed? What was the result?

Two to three minutes
